Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at weekends and on public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery times

United Kingdom

1–2 business days, tracked and signed for.

Europe

2–4 business days, fully tracked express.

United States & Canada

3–5 business days, fully tracked express.

Rest of world

4–7 business days, fully tracked express.

Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from the time of order. Exact shipping costs and available services are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Insurance

Every parcel is insured for its full value in transit. A signature is required on delivery for all orders.

Duties and taxes

Applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and shown at checkout where possible, so there is nothing unexpected on arrival. Where a destination does not support prepaid duties, any charges are payable to the carrier on delivery.

Packaging

Items are wrapped in a waterproof shipping bag and then securely sent in protective boxes.
